Urban Settlement provides a turn key, seamless transaction for the lender and all other parties including sellers, buyers and real estate agents. We assign an asset manager and loss mitigation supervisor to review every offer to purchase and verify the qualified buyer. Upon approval, we manage and complete the process through the closing of the new loan. The Asset Management Team will notify the lender when the closing is complete and disburse all funds. Once the file has closed successfully and the funds are received, we record the new mortgage and issue the final title policy.
