Our ALTA commitments are issued in 37 states and the District of Columbia. Current Owner Reports are available nationwide.

Appraisal Service

Billable Appraisals or Pay in Advance Appraisals
Urban Settlement Services will collect the funds for the appraisal from the borrower if so requested. Alternatively, if the lender collects the funds, then Urban Settlement Services will be paid either at closing or will bill the lender at the end of the month.

We have a nationwide network of signing agents, attorneys, title companies and notaries who are available to accommodate your borrower's schedule. Urban Settlement Services offers closings within 1 to 3 days through this network. Urban Settlement Services will coordinate the closing process at virtually any time and location convenient to the borrower.
