Traditional Valuations

All appraisals conducted by Urban Settlement are in compliance with FHLMC/FNMA, FIRREA, Regulatory Agency, and USPAP standards, as well as FHA and VA requirements. Additionally, reports are reviewed for each client’s specific requirements and for state-specific standards.

Full Appraisals

Includes on-site exterior and interior inspections for single and mutli-family residential dwellings.

Drive-by Appraisals

Includes exterior inspections and an estimate of current market value.

Review Appraisals

Includes FNMA 2000 in three forms: Desk Review, In-field Desk Review, and On-site Field Review.

Field Services

Through a Strategic Partnership, Urban Settlement can provide full-service property preservation, ROE maintenance, And repair services.

Title Insurance and Property Reports
